Sr. Frontend Software Engineer - Growth

About the Team

ClickHouse is hiring a talented Senior Frontend Engineers for our Unified Console - Growth Team.

This team focuses on great user experience, A/B testing, signup and authentication funnel, onboarding, customer activation and product analytics instrumentation.

If you’re excited about implementing seamless UX, have a genuine interest in business metrics and customers behaviour, this team could be a great fit.

What you will do

• Implement new onboarding flows, A/B experiments and upgrade funnels to improve conversion and retention
• Partner cross-functionally with product and design
• Contribute to our growth infrastructure: attribution system and experiments framework
• Help maintain code quality, organization, and automation
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement

What we are looking for

• 6+ years experience building customer-facing products at a high quality software company
• Strong React, Typescript and web fundamentals
• Track record of driving complex, end-to-end features
• A strong product and UX sensibility
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
