Topmind Recruitment is an opportunity engine, not a placement agency. We do not charge youth a fee to be seen. We do not sell a name on a list. We score jobs, training, scholarships, conferences and employer posts against a real file — photo, CV, skills and the situation a person is actually in.

What we believe the research says

ILO, the World Bank, AfDB and UNDP keep repeating the same finding: the continental unemployment rate understates the crisis. Most young Africans work, but in insecure, informal or unpaid roles. Topmind is built for that reality — remote paths for the village, funded study when there is no money, market-skill clinics when the degree did not teach the desk.

How the desk works

Register a full profile and link LinkedIn. Upload a photo and a CV, or let the studio write one. Name your greatest challenges. The matcher scores every listing. Pulse pulls public job APIs and news. Employers post and immediately see a ranked list with photos, LinkedIn and contact details. Sponsors wait for admin approval. Idea Hub ($8/year) and Investor Hub ($48/year) stay behind a login. Founders and investors sign the same mutual NDA before they post or read a private idea.

What we will not do

No placement fees. No paid 'agents' who claim they can put you on a Dangote or Flutterwave list. Official apply links stay with the employer or the programme. AI is used when a key is present; the algorithm still runs when it is not.
