About the role

We are hiring a Senior Director of Product to help shape and lead some of Chime’s most important opportunities for our members and our business. You’ll lead a product organization of approximately 10-15 people, setting the vision and strategy across a broad, high-impact area while developing the leaders and teams responsible for bringing that strategy to life. You’ll identify opportunities that can meaningfully expand Chime’s reach and impact, make consequential choices about where we invest, and turn those opportunities into products and experiences members love. This is a highly strategic leadership role for someone who can move fluidly between setting a multi-year vision, leading a scaled organization, and partnering with senior leaders across Chime to define what comes next.

The base salary offered for this role and level of experience will begin at $ 326,000 and up to $ 383,000 . Full-time employees are also eligible for a bonus, competitive equity package, and benefits. The actual base salary offered may be higher, depending on your location, skills, qualifications, and experience.
