As we continue to expand globally, we’re hiring a Recruiting Coordinator in London to support Vanta’s continued growth and help build scalable, geo-specific recruiting practices in our newest hub.

You’ll play a key role in creating an exceptional experience for every candidate, interviewer, and hiring manager in our London and Dublin offices. This is a critical position for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and is excited about building structure, managing complexity, and driving operational excellence in recruiting.

This role is hybrid in person in our London office.

What you’ll do as a Recruiting Coordinator at Vanta

• Coordinate interviews across teams, time zones, and formats (virtual and in-person), ensuring a smooth candidate experience
• Own candidate communications, including scheduling emails and interview prep materials
• Manage onsite interview logistics in the London office, including day-of setup and support
• Help plan and execute in-person recruiting events in partnership with the Talent and Workplace teams
• Build and document EMEA specific recruiting processes and candidate communications
• Set up jobs and interview plans in Ashby, and keep all scheduling data accurate and up to
