Coinbase Tokenized Equities give eligible non-US users a simple way to buy tokens backed 1:1 by US stocks and ETFs — no brokerage account needed. The tokens are issued out of Abu Dhabi Global Market (ADGM), a regulated financial center overseen by the FSRA, and trade 24/7 onchain. We're hiring an Accounting Manager to be the finance lead for this product. This is a senior individual contributor role for someone who likes to build. You'll own the accounting and reporting model from the ground up — accounting policy, regulatory and legal entity reporting, controls, GL operations, and finance systems — coordinating across Tax, Treasury, FP&A, and controllership, as well as external auditors and regulators.
