Senior Security Solutions Engineer

As a Senior Security Solutions Engineer, you’re the technical brain trust behind Expel’s Customer Success team — the “the buck stops here” expert who makes sure our CSMs, TAMs, and support engineers always have a fast, accurate answer to bring to customers.

When a customer question gets thorny, it lands with you. You untangle it, you document it so it’s answered even faster next time, and you keep the rest of Expel focused on the work only they can do.
