About the role

As a Product Design Lead, you will own the execution of our design vision, managing a small team of designers across multiple teams to prioritise initiatives, drive strategic projects, and foster a culture of excellence. Balancing leadership with hands-on design, you will ensure we deliver business-driven, user-centred solutions that elevate the user experience. This role requires strong leadership, UX/UI expertise, and cross-functional collaboration. You will work closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to remove blockers, streamline workflows, and create scalable, accessible designs that align with both user and business needs.

What you’ll do

• Lead and manage a small team of product designers, ensuring project prioritisation, team alignment, and timely execution of high-quality design work.
• Mentor and inspire your team, fostering a culture of feedback, learning, and innovation through regular critiques, coaching, and skill development.
