Job purpose
Drives business growth by expanding our merchant footprint, building high-value customer relationships, and introducing financial solutions tailored to local business needs. This role is responsible for end-to-end merchant acquisition, terminal deployment, and account retention across assigned commercial areas.
Key responsibilities
→ Identify, visit, and onboard prospective merchants through field engagement, referrals, and local trade community outreach.
→ Educate business owners on Moniepoint’s suite of products, recommending solutions that match their operational and growth goals.
→ Achieve and exceed monthly targets for active merchant onboarding, terminal deployment, loan disbursements, and repayments.
→ Oversee end-to-end merchant onboarding, ensuring accurate KYC documentation and strict adherence to operational SOPs and regulatory guidelines.
