Job Overview The Inventory Team Lead supervises a team of inventory operators at Jumia, ensuring accurate and efficient management of stock within the warehouse, from receiving through cycle counts and reporting.

What You Will Be Doing

• Supervise and lead a team of inventory operators, providing guidance, support, and coaching.
• Oversee receiving, storing, counting, and tracking of inventory levels, collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize inventory processes.
• Assign tasks and responsibilities to team members, ensuring adherence to SOPs and safety guidelines.
• Train and mentor inventory operators on procedures, equipment operation, and safety protocols.
